It all starts with a bottle of Prosecco! First, I build layers of diapers around the bottle. Next I wrap a thick navy blue ribbon and nautical rope around each cake layer. Then the bear is attached as the cake topper. I hand painted a wooden boat and anchors as decorations. On each side of the second cake layer there is a nautical themed wine stopper. In this diaper cake I choose a hand blown fish and pewter sailboat. I finish it off with red ribbon in selected areas.
